MINUTES
Board Members Present: Minister William C. Muhammad,
Quintan Cooley, Ann Craig,
Nicholas Archer, David Bukala
Ruby Clark, Carlos Florez,
Connie Navarro
Board Members Absent: Eloise Heiftje, (Excused)
Staff Present: Denny Powers, Staff Liaison
The meeting was chaired by Vice-chairperson Carlos Florez who called the meeting to
order at 6:40 p.m.
Mr. Florez asked if everyone had a chance to read the previous meeting minutes and if
there were any corrections or additions. It was motioned, supported and passed to
approve the minutes as presented.
Old Business
None.
New Business
It was noted that everyone should have received an article with their packet that was
referenced at the previous meeting.
Public Participation
None.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
The next meeting is May 5, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in room 103 of Muskegon City Hall.
