                              CITY OF MUSKEGON
                       SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING


A “Special” City Commission Meeting is being scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at
9:30 a.m., at Muskegon City Hall (933 Terrace Street), City Commission Chambers, to
conduct the following business:

                                        AGENDA

      1. 9:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. Orientation for City Commissioners
      2. Conduct City Manager interviews at the following times:

         10:30 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. Candidate 1 – Richard Houtteman
         12:30 p.m. – 1:50 p.m. Candidate 2 – Kathy Dillon
         2:00 p.m. – 3:20 p.m. Candidate 3 – Frank Peterson
         3:30 p.m. – 4:50 p.m. Candidate 4 – Natasha Henderson

From 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. will be a Meet and Greet for the public to meet the candidates.

 AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT POLICY FOR ACCESS TO OPEN MEETINGS OF
      THE CITY OF MUSKEGON AND ANY OF ITS COMMITTEES OR
                        SUBCOMMITTEES

The City of Muskegon will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services,
such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being
considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities who want to attend the meeting
with twenty-four (24) hours notice to the City of Muskegon. Individuals with disabilities
requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Muskegon by writing or
calling the following:
