2024-52 CALL TO ORDER
Present: Mayor Ken Johnson, Vice Mayor Rebecca St. Clair, Commissioners
Katrina Kochin, Jay Kilgo, Destinee Keener (left at 6:55 p.m.), and Rachel
Gorman, City Manager Jonathan Seyferth, Steve Gawron, Lea Willett-LeRoi,
Bryon Mazade, Jill Montgomery-Keast, Shonie Blake, and City Clerk Ann Marie
Meisch
Absent: Commissioner Willie German, Jr.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Housing Needs & Solutions Planning
Staff will be presenting potential solutions to the housing crisis.
Jamie Pesch, Planner, Mike Franzak, Planning Director, and Jake Eckholm,
Economic Development Director, gave an overview of the item and answered
questions. Presentation will go out to the public and comments will be
received.
B. Complete Streets Policy Manager's Office
Staff requests approval of a new Complete Streets Policy.
LeighAnn Mikesell, Deputy City Manager, explained the Complete Streets
Policy. This will be discussed at the June 11th City Commission Meeting.
