   - Approval of July 12, 2021 Minutes

2. Concur with District Library Board on the Reappointment of Three Members
   - The District Library Board has reappointment Oneata Bailey, Kevin Huss, and Greg
      Borgman – School District Appointments – Terms expiring 6/30/25.

3. Appointment of New Zoning Board of Appeals Member to fill Vacancy
   - Packet of applicant information for appointing a new member to the Zoning Board
      of Appeals was provided in July. Applications received since then are included.
      Resident - Term expiring 01/31/2023.

4. Review and Discuss CDC Member Selection Process
   - Community and Neighborhood Services is proposing an update to the selection
      process to garner citizen responses.
