Regular Meeting Minutes

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Kevin Huss at 1:10PM.
Also present: Commissioner Johnny Brown, Kristen N. Wade, Civil Service
Director, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee Relations Director, Beth Lewis,
Assistant Finance Director, Kenneth Grant, Treasurer/Income Tax
Administrator and Lisa Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Huss and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular minutes of the May 8, 2017 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the job descriptions for the Assistant Finance Director/Income Tax
Administrator, City Treasurer, and Part-Time Police Officer. No questions.
Motion was made by Commissioner Huss and seconded by
Commissioner Brown to approve the Assistant Finance Director/Income
Tax Administrator, City Treasurer, and Part-Time Police Officer.
Motion Carried.
