I. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting was called to order by Commissioner Johnny Brown at
3:03PM.
Also present: Commissioner Lawrence Spataro, Kristen N. Wade, Civil Service
Director, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee Relations Director and Lisa
Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by
Commissioner Brown to approve the regular minutes of the May 11,
2020 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the following job description: Grants Program Coordinator and
Administrative Supervisor.
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by
Commissioner Brown to approve the Grants Program Coordinator and
Administrative Supervisor job descriptions.
Motion Carried.
