I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner David Wendtland at 4:40PM.
Also present: Commissioner Johnny Brown, Commissioner Lawrence Spataro,
Kristen N. Wade, Civil Service Director, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee
Relations Director, Leigh Ann Mikesell, Director of Planning and CNS and Lisa
Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Brown and seconded by
Commissioner Spataro to approve the special meeting minutes of the
May 21, 2020 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the following job description: Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Motion was made by Commissioner Brown and seconded by
Commissioner Spataro to approve the Director of Strategic Initiatives
job description.
Motion Carried.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
V. OTHER BUSINESS
Commissioner Wendtland complimented the City of Muskegon on the new
traffic circle at Lakeshore Drive and Beach Street.
