I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Johnny Brown at 4:06PM.
Present: Commissioner Johnny Brown, Muskegon, Michigan and Commissioner
Larry Spataro, Muskegon, Michigan. Also present: Kristen N. Wade, Civil
Service Director, Chief Lewis, City of Muskegon Chief of Police, Ann Meisch, City
Clerk, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee Relations Director and Lisa
Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular meeting minutes of the February 18, 2021
meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the following job description: Parking Enforcement Manager
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Parking Enforcement Manager job description as
presented. Commissioners asked questions of staff. Discussion ensued.
Motion Carried.
B. Approve the following job description: Police Officer (Part-Time)
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Police Officer (Part-Time) job description as presented.
Commissioners asked questions of staff. Discussion ensued.
Motion Carried.
C. Approve the following job description: Farmers Market Manager
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Farmers Market Manager job description as presented.
Commissioners asked questions of staff. Discussion ensued.
Motion Carried.
