I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner David Wendtland at 4:03PM.
Present: Commissioner David Wendtland, Muskegon, Michigan, Commissioner
Johnny Brown, Muskegon, Michigan and Commissioner Larry Spataro,
Muskegon, Michigan. Also present: Kristen N. Wade, Civil Service Director,
Kenneth Grant, Assistant Finance Director, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee
Relations Director and Lisa Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular meeting minutes of the April 12, 2021 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the following job description: Deputy City Manager
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Deputy City Manager job description as presented.
Commissioners asked questions of staff. Discussion ensued.
Motion Carried.
B. Approve the following job description: Finance Analyst
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Finance Analyst job description as presented.
Commissioners asked questions of staff. Discussion ensued.
Motion Carried.
