Regular Meeting Minutes

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner David Wendtland at 4:00PM.
Present: Commissioner David Wendtland, Commissioner Larry Spataro,
Commissioner Johnny Brown, Kristen N. Wade, Civil Service Director, Leo
Evans, Director of Public Works, Dwana Thompson, EEO & Employee Relations
Director and Lisa Vanderlaan, Departmental Clerk.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the regular meeting minutes of the July 12, 2021 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Approve the following job descriptions: Deputy Director of Public Works
and City Engineer
Motion was made by Commissioner Spataro and seconded by Commissioner
Brown to approve the Deputy Director of Public Works and City Engineer job
descriptions.
Motion Carried.
IV. INFORMATION ITEMS
Dwana presented the EEO & Employee Relations Disclosure Form to the
Commissioners as a informational piece.
