Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Mayor Gawron to approve the
minutes for the December 9, 2019 meeting.

Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Johnson remove Carrie
Johnson -Term Expiring 1/31/2021 and Eleanor Canter-Term Expiring 1/31/2022
from the Community Dev. Block Grant/Citizen’s District Council.
