MINUTES
1. Minutes
Motion by Mayor Johnson, second by Commissioner Gorman to approve the minutes
for the September 12, 2022 meeting.
MOTION PASSED
2. Reappointment of Business Improvement District Members
a. Motion by Mayor Johnson, second by Commissioner Hood to reappoint Bob
Tarrant & Bruce Lindstrom — assessed property owners - to the Business
Improvement District — Terms Expiring 1/31/2025.
MOTION PASSED
3. Establish Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee
a. The Commission decided to move this discussion to the February 2023 CRC
Meeting.
4. Amendment to the Attendance Policy
Motion by Commissioner Gorman, second by Commissioner Emory to approve the new
attendance policy that will be used by all boards.
MOTION PASSED
5. Board Updates from Commissioners
On all future agendas, each Commissioner will give an update about any Community
Relations Committees that they sit on.
6. Adjournment
