MINUTES
1. Minutes
Motion by Commissioner Gorman, second by Mayor Johnson to approve the minutes
for the January 24, 2022 meeting.

2. Appointments to Lakeside Business Improvement District
Motion by Mayor Johnson, second by Commissioner Gorman to appoint Allen Serio and
Melanie Lyonnais to the Lakeside Business Improvement District — Terms Expiring
1/31/2025.
MOTION PASSED
3. Appointment to Citizen’s District Council
Motion by Mayor Johnson, second by Commissioner St.Clair to reappoint Veania
Coleman to the Citizen’s District Council — Term Expiring 1/31/2025.
MOTION PASSED
4. Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
Leo Evans, the Director of the Department of Public Works, discussed the additions of a
Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee to the Community Relations Committee. The
addition of this board will be brought to a future meeting.
5. Board Updates from Commissioners
On all future agendas, each Commissioner will give an update about any Community
Relations Committees that they sit on.
6. Adjournment
Motion by Commissioner Emory, second by Mayor Johnson to adjourn the meeting.
