        A. Membership to the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative
            $3000 — Mayor

        B. Planned Unit Development — When developers present plans to City -
            penalties for not complying — Kevin Davis

        C. Liquor License Process — look at creating a policy for due process
           for those who have violations - Tony Kleibecker & Ann Becker
