II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM, November 7, 2023
K. Fearnley motioned to accept the minutes from November, 2023. Supported by M. Lyonnais.
III. BID FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, November 30, 2023
- J. Hines reviewed the financial statement for November 30, 2023
- M. Lyonnais motioned to accept the lakeside BID financial statement as of November 30. K.
Fearnley supported All in favor, 0 nays
IV. GRAND TRUNK LAUNCH RAMP IRRIGATION INVOICE – J. Hines updated the irrigation
invoice from the water department. It was asked if they are responsible for payment. J. Seyferth said
the practice is beyond the standard grass is paid out of separate funds i.e., DDA pays for the planters
downtown. Hackley Park flowers and planters are paid for out of a specific fund. He is checking
with DPW on why the meter was installed.
