MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held
in the City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
May 2, 2023 Special Election. The meeting was called to order af 5:30 p.m. on
Monday, April 10, 2023.
Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty Ivory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.
Absent: None
Minutes of the October 11, 2022 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey
Allard, second by Wanda Matson, to approve the minutes. Motion carries
unanimously.
Discussion took place regarding absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.
Motion by Casey Allard, second by Betty lIvory-Roberts, to approve the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for May 2,
2023 Election. Motion carries.
Meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
