MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held in the
City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
November 8, 2022 General Election. The meeting came to order at 5:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty Ivory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.
Minutes of the July 11, 2022 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey Allard,
second by Betty lIvory-Roberts, to approve the minutes. Motion caries
unanimously.
Discussion took place regarding absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.
Motion by Casey Allard, second by Betty lIvory-Roberts, to approve the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for the
November 8, 2022 Election. Motion carries.
Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
