                                     MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held in the
City Clerk's Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
August 2, 2022 Primary Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, July 11, 2022.

Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty lvory-Roberts, and
Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: Wanda Matsey,

Minutes of the April 12, 2022 meeting were reviewed, moved by Casey Allard,
second by Betty lvory-Roberts, to approve the minutes. Motion carries
unanimously.

Discussion took place regarding absentee voting, election inspectors and
polling places.

Motion by Casey Allard, second by Betty Ivory-Roberts, to approve the
appointment of election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to
make appropriate additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for the
August 2, 2022 Election. Motion carries.

Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
