                                         MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held in the
City Clerk’s Office for the purpose of approving election inspectors for the
November 3, 2024} Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on
Monday, October 12 2020.

Present:   Election    Commission       Members — Casey Allard,      Betty lvory-Roberts,
Wanda Matsey, City Clerk Ann Marie Meisch — MMC, and Deputy City Clerk
Kimberly Young.

Absent: None

Minutes of the July 22, 2020 meeting were reviewed, moved by Matsey, second
by lvory-Roberts, to approve the minutes. Motion carries Unanimously.

Discussion   took     place   regarding    absentee   voting,   election   inspectors   and
polling places.

Motion by Matsey, second by lIvory-Roberts, to approve the appointment of
election inspectors as presented, and allowing the clerk to make appropriate
additions, deletions, and substitutions as needed, for the November 3, 2020
General Election.

Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
