                                 MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City
Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI at 5:30 p.m., Monday, October 14, 2019.
Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Betty lvory-Roberts, City
Clerk Ann Meisch, and Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: Election Commission Member— Wanda Matsey

Moved by Allard, second by Ivory Roberts, to approve the minutes of the
October 14, 2019 meeting — motion passes.

The Election Commission and Clerk staff discussed testing procedures used for
elections. Equipment was out and currently being tested so the Commissioners
were able to see what the test procedures consisted of. There was discussion of
balancing precincts and using alternates when needed to fill all positions on
election day.

The Election Commission reviewed and approved the appointment of election
inspectors for the March 10, 2020 Election. Moved by Allard, second by Ivory-
Roberts, to approve the potential election inspector list for March 10, 2020 as
presented.

Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
