                                   MINUTES

A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City
Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2019.

Present: Election Commission Members — Casey Allard, Wanda Matsey, and
Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Young.

Absent: Election Commission Member
                                 — Betty Ivory-Roberts

Moved by Matsey, second by Allard, to approve the minutes of the April 15,
2019 meeting — motion passes.

The Election Commission and Clerk staff discussed appointment of election
inspectors and the need to balance political parties as well as experience and
Skills.

The Election Commission reviewed and approved the appointment of election
inspectors for the August 6, 2019 Election. Moved by Matsey, second by Allard,to
approve the potential election inspector list for August 6, 2019 as presented.

Meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
