MINUTES
The Election Commission Meeting of the City of Muskegon was held at
City Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, July 10,
2014.
Present: John Bronsema, Wanda Maisey, Louis Spyke, and Deputy
City Clerk Linda Potter.
Absent: None.
The Election Commission approved the February 6, 2014, minutes and
approved the appointment of Election Inspectors for the August 5, 2014,
Primary Election. They also approve the resolution allowing the City Clerk
or authorized assistant to perform the preliminary logic & accuracy testing,
and the public accuracy test.

Resolution
WHEREAS, the Muskegon City Election Commission delegates to the City Clerk or authorized
assistant the following election duties:
e Preliminary Logic and Accuracy Testing
e Public Accuracy Test

CERTIFICATION
This resolution was adopted at a special meeting of the City of Muskegon Election Commission,
held on July 10, 2014. The meeting was properly held and noticed pursuant to the Open
Meetings Act of the State of Michigan, Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976.
