                                   MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City Halll, 933
Terrace Street, to approve testing of ballots and election inspectors for the May
5, 2026, Special Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. on
Thursday, April 2, 2026.


ROLL CALL
Present: Election Commission members Casey Allard, Wanda Matsey, and Betty
lvory - Roberts, City Clerk Ann Meisch, and Election Coordinator Jessica Grimm.
Absent: None


APPROVAL OF MINUTES



    A. Approval of October 15, 2025, Minutes, City Clerk

Motion by Wanda Matsey, second by Casey Allard, to approve the minutes
from the October 15, 2025, Election Commission Meeting.

ROLL VOTE:    Ayes: Allard, Matsey, lvory-Roberts
              Nays: None

MOTION PASSES

OLD BUSINESS
No Old Business was discussed.

NEW BUSINESS


    A. Approval of Election Inspectors, City Clerk

To review the list of Election Inspectors and approve Election Inspectors for the
May 5, 2026, Election.

ROLL VOTE:   Ayes: Allard, Matsey, Ivory - Roberts
             Nays: None

MOTION PASSES
The Election Commission meeting was adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
