We hope you find this workshop insightful and gain a better understanding of the importance of public safety in our community. \nWorkshop Highlights:\n-Meet Muskegon police officers and fire fighters\n-Tour the newly renovated Muskegon Police Department\n-Tour Central Fire Station and Central Dispatch\n-Learn De-escalation Tactics\n-Be put in the foot steps of an officer during an emergency call\n-Fire extinguishing\n-Drone unit demonstration\n-Lunch provided \nThe program is free\, but space is limited. Anyone interested must submit an application and agree to a background check to be considered for acceptance to the workshop. Must be 18 years or older. Applications must be submitted by March 9\, 2026.
