Invitation to Bid – Kruse Park Dune Walk Repair

The City of Muskegon – Department of Public Works is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from licensed contractors to repair the dune boardwalk at Kruse Park located at 3205 W Sherman Blvd in Muskegon.
The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and construction permits required to repair the structure as indicated in the bid drawings. The project shall be undertaken with hand tools, as no vehicular access is available or permitted at the location of the dune structure in need of repair.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will take place on Thursday May 5th at 1:30 p.m. at the Kruse Park Picnic Shelter.
The City of Muskegon Clerk’s Office will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM on Thursday May 12th at City Hall located at 933 Terrace St. Muskegon MI 49440
at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid proposals should be placed inside a sealed envelope, addressed to the City
of Muskegon Department of Public Works with the title of the project on the outside of the envelope along with the bidder’s name. All proposals must be completely and properly filled out. No electronically delivered proposals will be accepted. Include Copy of current Michigan Builders License, Proof of current Liability Insurance and Proof of current Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
