SIDING AND LUMBER SUPPLIERS
VINYL SIDING PROGRAM
The City of Muskegon Community and Neighborhood Services Department is accepting proposals from material suppliers for its 2016-2017 Vinyl Siding Program. Bids are requested from siding and lumber suppliers to provide program materials beginning July 1, 2016, and ending when monies for this fiscal year are depleted. The siding contractors will be retained by the City under separate contract. Bid packages may be picked up at Muskegon City Hall, 933 Terrace Street, 2nd Floor, room 201, Community & Neighborhood Services Department, starting Monday, May 9, 2016 at 12:00 noon. Bid packages will not be available after Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Bid proposals should be placed inside a large sealed envelope, addressed to the City of Muskegon Community and Neighborhood Services Department with the title “Vinyl Siding Supplier” written on the outside of the envelope along with the bidder’s name, address and phone number. Sealed bids will be received in the Clerk’s Office, City Hall, Muskegon, Michigan until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
This program is funded with Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
