HOME Investment Partnerships Program – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 appropriated $5 billion to provide housing, services, and shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations, to be allocated by formula to jurisdictions that qualified for HOME Investment Partnerships Program allocations in Fiscal Year 2021. The City of Muskegon is seeking public input to create opportunities for vulnerable populations in Muskegon County.
Comments will be accepted January 30, 2022 through February 10, 2022. All comments received during this comment period will be reviewed for consideration during planning stages.
Public Forum – Comment Period
The City of Muskegon will be holding a public forum, seeking citizen participation about HOME-ARP activities Thursday, February 3, 2022, in the City Commission Chambers at Muskegon City Hall (933 Terrace St., Muskegon MI 49440) with two options:
February 3, 2022 at 9:00 -10:00 am
&
February 3, 2022 at 4:00 – 5:00 pm
