Home Repair Program

Two programs are currently available to residents of the City of Muskegon only. Priority Home Repair and the Residential Façade Programs are available to homeowners whose households are at or below 80% of Area Median Income. The Priority Home Repair Program can help repair the infrastructure of a home by addressing roofs, plumbing, electrical, and foundations. The Residential Façade Program installs vinyl siding on homes that have damaged facades made of wood, etc. It is not available for homes that currently have vinyl or aluminum siding.
