2021 Mayors Institute on City Design Report

In January 2021, the Mayors’ Institute on City Design (MICD) Resources Team offered the City of Muskegon two leading experts to work with City staff and community stakeholders by providing design and development assistance on important issues facing the Jackson Hill neighborhood.
