Sign Up for Paperless Utility Billing

The City of Muskegon water and sewer utility customers can now sign up to receive their monthly bill in an electronic, paperless format via email (also known as paperless billing or e-billing). By agreeing to receive your monthly utility bill this way, you can help save paper, printing, and postage costs. What’s more, you will receive a $0.75 credit on your monthly bill—a savings of $9.00 per year.
