My name is Steven Clark and I am pleased to be your Downtown/Nelson Neighborhood Officer.
I graduated from Muskegon Community College with an associate degree in criminal justice and attended the Police Academy at Grand Rapids Community College. I have prior experience with the Montague Police Department and the Muskegon County Sheriff Department. I started with the Muskegon Police Department in January 2017 as a Patrol Officer. In January 2018, I was selected to join the Neighborhood Policing Unit as the Nelson Neighborhood Officer.
