Records Bureau

The Records Bureau of the Muskegon Police Department strives to provide quality customer service and maintain all police records. This includes all police and traffic reports, tickets, daily arrests, personal protection orders, alarms, vehicle impounds, subpoenas, and tracking of court cases. The Records Bureau is led by a Records Manager who oversees civilian customer service representatives.

The Records Bureau is responsible for processing requests for police and traffic reports, registering sex offenders that live in the City, accepting payment for parking tickets, issuing and selling beach passes, registering bikes, and gun permits.

Further information about requesting records can be found here on the Report Request page.
