The Muskegon Police Department is dedicated to community policing and encouraging and supporting citizen involvement. The Department’s community services include the Neighborhood Policing Unit, School Resource Officer, Crime Activity and Traffic Team, Citizen’s Academy,Outreach Events, and Crime Stat Reporting.
