About Richards Park
Located at the north end of Ottawa Street in the Jackson Hill Neighborhood, Richards Park is a small 7.5-acre rustic park that allows access to the Muskegon River and Lake. Despite the remote location, the park has gained popularity with the addition of a Disc Golf Course. Richards Park is also known as Boom Park.
