Muskegon Beach Parking Pass

2024 beach parking passes are now available for City of Muskegon residents and non-residents.

Visitors to Pere Marquette Beach, Margaret Drake Elliot Park, Kruse Park and Harbour Towne Beach are required to have an annual parking pass from May 15 – September 15. City of Muskegon households are entitled to two free beach parking passes.

To receive a free Muskegon Beach Parking Pass, you must:

  • Live within the City limits of Muskegon (this applies to residents only, not business owners or landlords)
  • Bring your driver’s license to help prove residency in the City of Muskegon
