Visitors to Muskegon Beach are now required to have an annual parking pass. City of Muskegon residents are entitled to one free beach parking pass her household.
To receive a free Muskegon Beach Parking Pass, you must:
- Live within the City limits of Muskegon (this applies to residents only, not business owners)
- Pick up the pass at the Police Department or Treasurer’s Office – or –
- Complete the form below to have a pass mailed to you

If you prefer to pick up your parking pass in person, you do not need to complete the form. You may obtain your pass at the City of Muskegon Police Department (City Hall, 980 Jefferson St.) or the Treasurer’s Office (City Hall, 933 Terrace St.) beginning February 15th.
