Officer Adam Brown
My name is Officer Adam Brown, and I am the Neighborhood Officer for Glenside, Lakeside, and Beachwood/Bluffton Neighborhoods.
I was born and raised in the U.P. and attended Ferris State University where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. In addition to continuing my education at Ferris, I was a team captain on the Varsity Track & Field team with a focus on pole vault.
After a career in operations and customer service management for fitness centers, I made the decision to pursue a career in law enforcement. I obtained my associates degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Rapids Community College and have been with the City of Muskegon Police Department since 2019. I have spent most of my time serving as a Road Patrol Officer. In September 2022, I was selected to join the Neighborhood Policing Unit.
I will be in attendance at the Glenside, Lakeside, and Beachwood/Bluffton Neighborhood Meetings. I look forward to meeting everyone and answering your questions.
