Veteran’s Memorial Park

About Veteran's Memorial Park

Located at the east end of Muskegon Lake along the Causeway, Veteran’s Memorial Park is 28 acres of lowland area containing a lagoon and island. It features several war memorials.

A large fountain anchors the south end of the park while a Vietnam Memorial proudly occupies the north end. The park is easily viewed while traveling north and south along the Causeway.

The Veteran’s organization graciously constructed a concrete walkway throughout the park. Along the path are a series of bronze plaques that were purchased by individuals to commemorate loved ones who have served in the armed forces.

Veteran’s Memorial Park is owned by the county and maintained by the City of Muskegon.
