Hosting a Wedding in a Muskegon Park

There are three popular parks for hosting wedding ceremonies in the City of Muskegon.

Pere Marquette Beach

Perfect for a relaxed intimate ceremony, Pere Marquette Beach is the only beach location in the City where you can have a spectacular Lake Michigan backdrop. The reservation is for the area just south of the Coast Guard Station which can hold approximately 50 people.

Please keep in mind that public access to the surrounding beach must be maintained at all times. There is also no access to power on the beach, although a generator may be used.

Pere Marquette Beach is available to reserve from 9:00am to 3:00pm or from 4:00pm to 11:00pm for a fee of $175.

McGraft Park Lagoon

McGraft Park Lagoon is a lovely natural setting that offers more seclusion from public traffic and is appropriate for 75 to 100 people. Please keep in mind there is no access to power at the Lagoon, however, a generator may be used.

McGraft Lagoon is available to reserve from 9:00am to 3:00pm or from 4:00pm to 11:00pm for a fee of $150. A full day reservation can be made from 9:00am to 11:00pm for $300.

Hackley Park

Historic Hackley Park is a beautiful, shaded setting in the heart of downtown Muskegon. This is the largest wedding space available to rent throughout the City. You will have a quarter of the park, which will hold at least 200 people. There is also access to power at multiple locations in Hackley Park.

Hackley Park is available to reserve from 9:00am to 3:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm for a fee of $150. To reserve Hackley Park, call 231-724-6907.
