Citizen’s District Council

The Citizen District Council is a committee comprised of citizens throughout the City of Muskegon to guide programs that are focused toward community assistance to families that are income challenged per the income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Meetings are held per the schedule and are open to public participation. Minutes from all meetings are posted.

The Citizen’s District Council acts in an advisory capacity to the Muskegon City Commission on all matters dealing with the Federal Housing and Urban Development Programs.

First Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm – Muskegon City Hall, 933 Terrace St., Muskegon, MI 49440 in the 2nd Floor Conference Room 203.
