Getty Street – Southbound Lane Closed: Due to Storm Drain Replacement

Muskegon, MI – The City of Muskegon Department of Public Works (DPW) will begin storm sewer replacement work on Getty Street starting Monday, August 25.
The project will require the closure of the southbound lane of Getty Street between Marcoux Avenue and Oak Avenue. Crews expect the work to be completed by Friday, August 29, weather permitting.
Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes during the construction period. The City thanks residents and commuters for their patience and cooperation while this essential infrastructure work is completed.
