NOTICE OF AMENDED START TIME OF THE
ABSENT VOTER COUNTING BOARD
CITY OF MUSKEGON
May 7, 2024 Special Election
Notice is hereby given that the start time for absent ballot processing in the Absent Voter
Counting Board for the May 7, 2024 Special Election has been changed to 3:00 p.m., local
time at Muskegon City Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, Ml 49440, lower level.
The original start time of 10:00 a.m. was changed based on the remaining number of
absentee ballots to be counted following early processing on May 4, 2024. As required by
Michigan Election Law, the Election Day Absent Voter Counting Board will close after all
absentee ballots returned by 8:00 p.m. are processed.
