Muskegon City Hall Office Remodel

Project work involves build-out of approximately 4,500 square feet of vacant office space on the second
floor of Muskegon City Hall at 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI 49440. The space will serve two City
departments – Development Services and Public Safety – in separate spaces. An earlier phase of the
remodel was completed in 2020, and a portion of the current phase will physically connect with the
previously completed offices.
