I understand and agree to participate as a sponsor of the City of Muskegon 2026 Beach Shuttle Program with a $1,000 contribution. In return, the City of Muskegon agrees to provide the following recognition:

• Inclusion of my business/organization name and logo on the “Sponsored By” section of the official Beach Shuttle webpage
• Recognition through City of Muskegon social media posts during the Beach Shuttle season (May 22 – September 6, 2026)
• Inclusion alongside other program sponsors in all applicable promotional materials

I understand that:

• Sponsorship benefits are promotional in nature and do not constitute an endorsement by the City of Muskegon
• Social media recognition will occur periodically throughout the season at the City’s discretion
• Payment is due in full upon submission, and sponsorship recognition will begin after payment is received
