This will REQUIRE access inside the house for connection to the existing plumbing near the existing city water meter. The City of Muskegon shall restore any disturbed areas due to this construction with topsoil and seed. Any disturbed pavement or landscaping shall be restored with like material in an area 10 feet wide over the water service, and 15 feet wide over the sewer service. The temporary rights begin upon execution of this agreement and terminate upon completion of the project. The signer(s) acknowledges by their signing of this document that they are authorized to do so as an owner or designated officer(s) of the owner of the affected property.
