The 2025 Community Life Survey is now open to all Muskegon County residents age 18 and older, and it’s a quick, powerful way to help shape the future of our community.

The survey takes just 6 minutes, is anonymous and voluntary, and focuses on everyday issues like work, health, money, stress, and daily life. You can skip any question.

What Is the Community Life Survey?

This survey is part of Muskegon SHIP (Social and Health Innovation Partnership), a community collaboration to address barriers to work and wellness in Muskegon County. The data collected will help fill in important gaps and guide future community projects, including the work of Livability Lab teams.

By participating, you’re helping build data-driven solutions for real-life challenges in jobs, health, and economic opportunity—right here in our county.
