City of Muskegon Pole Banner Application

To hang a banner on a city-owned light pole, applicants must submit a pole banner application and pay the required fee to the City of Muskegon Department of Public Works at least 30 days prior to the desired display date. The application fee is $50 for banners with a new image. Once an image is approved, it remains valid for four years, during which applicants may reapply using the same image without paying the application fee again.
