Resident Beach Passes for 2026 Now Available – Register Online

City-resident beach passes for the 2026 season are now available to request online!

From May 15 – September 15, all visitors to the following Muskegon beaches must have a valid parking pass visible or be registered in the License Plate Reader system.

City of Muskegon residents may register up to two license plates per address for their free beach parking passes, your pass will be linked to your vehicles plate, no stickers needed. To complete your application, please have your license plate information ready and upload a valid photo ID as proof of address.

Please note: The 2 free resident beach passes are available only to individuals who live within the City of Muskegon limits. If you are unsure whether your address is within city boundaries, please review the city boundary map here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/oyJETVWTMHgMYD6S8
